Introduction

Effectiveness means that the Health Care Center produces superior results with minimum possible efforts and improve the overall process by increasing the patient satisfaction. It is important to enhance the effectiveness in Health Care that ensures patient's safety, and yield to good results. There are certain factors that could lead to improvement in the overall effectiveness of Heatlh Care like Technology, Person Centered approach Nursing and the overall improvement in the processes. We have taken few initiatives , and we need to work more in order to improve the overall system and enhance the effectiveness in our organization. In this paper, we will determine methods that could improve the overall process of the system and enhance the effectiveness of health care.

In this section, we will discuss various factors that coud increase the effectiveness of our health care systems.

Person-Centered Therapy and Therapist

The most basic and significant services patient could receive is through Patient Centered Approach. We need to build this approach to provide quality services and increase patient satisfaction. Through this approach, Nurses and Doctors provide personal attention to the patients and make them feel comfortable with them, so they feel relaxed and free of stress. Person-centered counseling is subjective, task oriented and contextual. It is embedded in institutional, legal, economic and ethical frameworks. It is done on the basis of a legally protected confidential relationship (protection of privacy and data confidentiality). Person-centered counselors are required to have a good relationship and trust that arises in the counseling relationship. Ongoing analysis of the relationships, behaviors and interactions in the consultation process are an essential part of the consultation (Donabedian, 1966).

The person-centered approach emphasizes not only the individual development of man, but also focuses on the development of strong mutual relationship between the client and the patient. It is therefore, logical that the approach has been developed for diverse groups.

Pragmatic Adequacy

In order to improve the overall health care system and Nursing services, it is imperative to build formal rules and procedures and provide Nursing training that helps them to take care of the patients in most effective ways. Following steps must be taken:

Nurses are trained in a nursing field where they learn nursing practices, in order to change behavior of people; nurses do require training in behavioral, inter-personal skills, Psychology and socio-cultural awareness. These fields can be incorporated in nursing courses in order to provide a comprehensive training.

A clinical protocol is also called a medical guideline, which is a document with the objective of guidelines and criteria concerning management, diagnosis, and treatment in precise areas of healthcare. Health Promotion Model provides comprehensive theoretical propositions, which can be converted into a guiding document, to diagnose and treat according assumptions of health promotion model. Steps can be formed through which a patient would go through in order to bring about required changes.
