Nursing is defined as a process of promotion, protection and optimization of certain abilities related to health care. It is usually for the sake of prevention of injury an illness and suffering alleviation by using the diagnosis treatment of the human response along with assessment in the caring of individuals, population, communities and families (American Nursing Association, 2013).

Assessment

A professional nurse utilizes a top down and dynamic technique to analyze and collect information of a client, which is the fundamental step in providing the care of nursing.
