Introduction

The National Health Service provides different health care service, i.e. it provides the treatment of different diseases. It provides healthcare for all UK citizens, according to their need of healthcare. The NHS got primarily funded by the taxes. National Health Service refers to the state health system or parts thereof in Great Britain. It is the public health system in the United Kingdom. This organization provides the bulk of care from primary care to emergency rooms of hospitals, long term care to dental care. The National Health Service is the publicly funded health, which is responsible for the provision of preventive and curative for the majority of the population of the United Kingdom. Created on July 5th of 1948, the NHS got based on the premise that medical care got made on the need and not ability to pay for both their funding comes from paying tax and the federal budget. The initial premises of NHS care were: free at the point of delivery, comprehensive, equitable and egalitarian. It consists of four separate organizations:

National Health Service or NHS in England

NHS Scotland (Gaelic: Alba or SNN board) in Scotland

NHS Wales

Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland or HSC in Northern Ireland
