Introduction

Each of us has the right to error. The mistakes one can learn a lot. Speaking about the error we mean something that was not done intentionally. Medical errors are often among the most serious. Negligence or malpractice is negligence by a physician or health care provider that results in injury or death of a patient. It is committed malpractice when it is misdiagnosed or is not followed standard medical practices.
