A location where medical practitioner practices medicine frequently such as in small scale clinics, hospitals, mainly equipped with the latest technology so that patients can be cared easily and in larger scale to diagnose several diseases. The affluence and spending quality life of a nation can usually be seen with the quality and quantity of medical health care facilities. In various countries, medical health care facilities synchronizes to some degree by the law regulating agencies and regularly require before a facility opens for business. Medical care centers can be operated by non-profit organizations known as foundations or community health centers, state, and in several cases by persons.

Discussion Back in the past, near 1800s historic scientific reforms took place primarily in improving medical care units. Different inventions lead to latest techniques. Therefore, by the advice of physicians and scientific scholars several discoveries were made in the early 20th century such advances alienated allopathic medicine and its dose to combat infectious diseases.

Special children nursing homes, old age homes, orphanage houses known as residential services and care service units, are the basic medical care organizations which have housing facility and employs on disease medical treatment for a long term and short term basis. Pharmacies and drug stores are engaged with pharmaceutical companies for retailing prescription or nonprescription medical drugs (UNSD,2013). Regulated pharmacy departments are found in hospitals or sometimes privately clinically performed by pharmacists or pharmacy technicians near a hospital or community premises. Clinical laboratory is a new kind of medical health care center where the laboratory tests on biological samples are performed to obtain observations regarding health condition of a patient and specific diagnosis. Medical health care facility can be categorized into various specified faculties like medical units have microbiology department, blood banking department, hematology department, biochemistry department and parasitology department.
