Medical care centers can be operated by non-profit organizations known as foundations or community health centers, state, and in several cases by persons.

Clinical laboratory is a new kind of medical health care center where the laboratory tests on biological samples are performed to obtain observations regarding health condition of a patient and specific diagnosis. Medical health care facility can be categorized into various specified faculties like medical units have microbiology department, blood banking department, hematology department, biochemistry department and parasitology department.
