The Mediation Process by Christopher W. Moore

Christopher W. Moore, founder and Partner of CDR Associates in the U.S., is known and respected throughout the world mediator. For over 30 years of experience in group decision-making and conflict management he directed many projects in various parts of the world, including the Middle East, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. He trained and advised many international companies. His book mediation process is one of the famous that was introduced to deal with conflicts in organization and at interpersonal level.
