In today's modern society, it is almost impossible to avoid media influence on the lives of people, as it has its widespread effects ranging from how people should look to what people should drive, and people today have become addicts to this media driven world.

Although, most of the forms of media are harmless, and they intend to sell their products or tell us news, but there are certain hazardous aspects also that one cannot ignore. Most of people have high influence of media. What we need to do is to evaluate the positive, as well as, the negative aspects of it. In modern society, media influence has increased the complexity of societal actions, technological advancements and innovation, increased standards of living, given rise to personal income of people, and has changed many of the traditional forms of authority and control. Moreover, it has also affected children, youth, minorities, and many other societal aspects. Media also has its effects on the attitudes, beliefs, interpretations and decision making choices of society. Therefore, the question of media influence on the lives of people is debatable, and most people argue that media is one of the strongest instrument that has its global influences in modern society.

May it be a teenager, a child, a house wife or who so ever, everyone today has media influences, and there are certain reasons for how it has such a widespread influence on the lives of people. The way most of the people act, reflects the actions of those around them. One of the positive effects of media is that it has provided us a global exposure outside our cozy homes.
