Antigone and Medea are tales of two women who have the determination to fight back in order to gain what they believe is their right. The stories occur in ancient Greece around the time when it was rising to power. The characters of both Antigone and Medea are quite similar in nature since both are depicted as strong, resolute, and determined characters that have the strong will to do as their heart desires.
