Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to analyze and interpret the conceptual question selected for the analyses. The conceptual question will be formulated on the grounds of three distinct articles selected for the study. This paper discusses different ideologies to interpret the accountability of the causes behind marriage failure. According to some people marriage is an unstable institution and ultimately leads to the separation. However, others believe that marriage is an institution that can never be unstable; it is the people who are responsible for marriage failure. This paper will enlighten both the perspective and interpret the factors that are responsible for the increasing divorce rate (Albrecht, Bahr, Goodman, 1983).

Article Summary 1

The article named as “The Mystery of Marriage” explores the life experience of the author. In the article author tells the story of herself and her husband. The author describes that she is married since 14 years, and in these years lot of things have changed. The author enlightens that her relationship with her husband was perfect before marriage. She describes her husband funny, smart and a gentleman. However, she wonders what happened to their relationship and who is accountable for that. The author wonders that whether the people are responsible for the failure of the marriage or the institution needs to be reconsidered.
