Several years ago, I am customer of your company and never had any complaints in relation to your services or the customer support I am entitled to, but right now it does not. In the past 20 October, following a problem with my internet card, telephonically contacted your customer service (12 030) hoping to solve my problem quickly.
Given that fact, I have sinned in the phone, dialed the number and selected the option that meant: Broadband support TMN. After that, they told me to wait a few moments and I did so, but this wait lasted 20 minutes, which made me extremely boring logo. As if that were not enough, after waiting so long, I was met by an assistant rather rude and did not solve my problem. This wizard has transferred the call to another department and this transfer took about 5 minutes more. The new assistant, already well educated, also failed to resolve the issue with the board and suggested to me that drove me to one of your stores. I was resigned to the fact of having to go without board for some time, but this was not my surprise when a friend of mine who has some knowledge of computers, I solved the problem with the internet card. That said, I hereby show my dissatisfaction with services to your customer support and alert you to this does not happen again. So, I suggest you increase your human resources technical support, in order to decrease the wait and the service they provide greater preparation and training, giving them the opportunity to resolve the problems of your customers.

It is uncommon that you are dissatisfied with our customer service. Please allow us to apologize that our service staff did not caution you of this fact for the drape you. You are welcome to make a change on the service offering as it is our policy to satisfy our customers. Every home should have the best fittings and drapes.
