Post Title:Senior Sales Assistant

Responsible To:Assist in efficient and effective running of the Crafts Masters shop at Jumeriah Branch and deliver outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working Relationships and Communication

1.1 Provide knowledgeable, excellent customer services to maximise sales.

1.2 Warmly and promptly welcome the customers and answer telephone queries efficiently.

2. Organisation and Planning

2.1 Be familiar with current targets and promotions to be able to promote at all levels and opportunities.

2.2 Hand over daily duties to Retail Sales Assistants in the department.

2.3 In charge for supervising day to day management of department.

2.4 Keep an eye on stock levels.

2.5 Make product displays.

2.6 Deal with effectual use of time and balance precedence.

2.7 Work supplely to meet the requirements of the business.

3. Administration

3.1 Manage deal with preliminary enquires about products.

3.2 Have knowledge of sales targets and aspire to meet them.

4. Resources and Finance

4.1 Ensure the precise utilization of the Electronic Point of Sale system.

4.2 Ensure the correct pricing of products and make barcodes in line with organization procedure.

4.3 Test out products for quality ahead of selling.

4.4 Lock Up and Cash Up - follow cashing up methods.

5. Leadership and Supervision

5.1 Guarantee a high level of personal customer service in each and every dealing. Endorse a customer based culture, offering a courteous, friendly and professional service to all customers.

5.2 Take liability for own workload.

5.3 Take action as an ambassador for Crafts Masters.

6. Research and Policy

6.1 Hold fast to Health and Safety regulations.

6.2 Be familiar with Crafts Masters's activities to be able to talk about them knowledgeably with customers.

7. General

7.1 Provide exceptional customer service with external and internal customers.

7.2 Endorse anti-discriminatory acts and practices in all work carried out.

7.3 Have a good knowledge of the aims and work of Crafts Masters.

7.4 Carry out training and development related to the role.

7.5 Any other responsibilities corresponding with the level of the designation.
