It is imperative one knows how organizations function and the extensive influence they have over people. Organizational behavior is the study of how people behave within the setting of an organization. Also one needs to comprehend other interrelationships with variables in the organization.

In work organizations, behavior of people can be viewed in line with dimensions interrelated with the individual, the organization and the environment. The organizational behavior study cannot be understood in a single discipline. It is important to apply behavioral science approach on certain aspects of the three key disciples sociology, psychology and anthropology combined with similar influences.

Organizations have an intricate social system that is studied and defined in numerous ways. The main element for success of organization is achieving productivity through effective management of people. People have different personalities and different scenes inspire different work ethics. A major problem faced by people today is how to balance private and work life.

Efforts of organization's member are managed, directed towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives by process of management. Basically it is an integrated activity that involves procedures for implementing organizational objectives and executing work. Managers should focus on improving people organization relationship (Mullins , 2010, p.33).

There is a psychological contract between individual and the organization. Even though it is not a formal documentation but it indicates a series of expectations and satisfaction that is mutual arising from people-organization relationship. Two similar organizations may have very different organizational structures because they have different leader ships. Each distinctive leader style makes for a different organizational culture for Virgin Atlantic it is Richard Branson and for Ryanair it is Michael O Leary who took it over. O Leary likes to show his popular side, and how amiable he is O Leary even though is considered to be acerbic and uses offensive language and their ad controversial as well whereas this is not the case with Branson.
