Company Introduction

Roads and transport Authority is responsible for the taxi, buses, Road engineering and intercity transport registration and licensing, together with Commercial Ads, Marine transport and right of way, beautification of roads rail projects, Traffic safety and public buses.

The vision statement of RTA is to provide smooth and safe Transport for everyone.

The mission statement of RTA is: to prepare the legislation and development of integrated solutions of systems of roads and marine/land transport network that have safety in line with economic development Plan of Dubai and the high international standards

The Customer Base of RTA

RTA has achieved a wider customer base so as to obtain their mission and vision. The major customers are categorized as follows:

Internal customers: Employees, Line managers, Senior Management, Directors, chairmen, Corporate Executive Officers, Supervisors.

External customers: Vendors, Travel Agencies, Transportation Companies, Accommodation Companies, Immigrations Authority, Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, Insurance Companies, etc.

Aims and objectives

RTA is committed to achieve the highest quality level in its services/ products in order to minimize the impact on the business activities of our organization:

Management System: Designing, managing and continually improving all processes required to deliver the services/ products in conformance to Dubai Government Program (DGEP) requirements and applicable regulations along with the regular review of the quality objectives.

Customer Requirements & Service: capturing and analyzing the internal & External customers' requirements and perceptions in different methods to continually enhance their satisfaction level.

Service Channels: providing services through customer service channels equipped with appropriate facilities, in addition to utilizing advanced web portals & mobile technologies.

Human Resources: Determining, maintaining, and enhancing its staff competence via appropriate motivation, education and training, and to foster a work environment that attracts inspires excellence in employees.
