Change management is managing the employees within the organization. It is changing the shifts of management from the current position and department. Understanding the need for change in organizations is critically important for the whole management team. Managing change is not an easy task, but its effective implementation depends on the co-ordination of the team members and all members need to realize the goal and objective of this change and align their tasks accordingly (Bordia 2004, pp. 12-15).
According to the definition of Kotler, change management is the maximum utilization of resources, by rotating the employees with the organization. Organizations face significant changes in the environment of the business with the changes in information technology, highly competitive firms in the industry, and focus on quality and customer services (Garud, Nayyar, and Shapira, 2007, 20- 40).

1st question
The force field analysis
Construction of force field model in our organization
The following steps will be required to be constructed in order to effectively implement the change
State the problem and the current level that is (too high or too low).
Make Brainstorming on the restraining forces and draw them pointing in the direction that makes us at the current level.
Make Brainstorming on driving forces and draw them in the sense that points to an improvement.
Discuss the diagram and determine the factors that can be modified to increase the chances of success.
Develop a Decision Matrix to select the most effective solution. Make a list of actions to modify the restraining forces and include these possible actions in the Action Plan (Garud, 1999, 77-87).
The change management steps
The change does not consist of an acquired knowledge, infact it requires a fresh start, It is not an intellectual process, but it is an inner process that affects the actions, attitudes, behaviors and feelings. One of the main problems associated with change management is that companies believe that to implement change, they must implement a program.
The program implemented in organization will require the following components, there are
initiators of change, those who manage it
victims of change, those affected;
Beneficiaries of change, those who benefit.
The change represents a systemic disturbance because all are more or less affected in the organization. Practices and learned behaviours are changed and are replaced by others. All that is learned, as in the learning process must be unlearned and relearned.
Following are the three steps that will be adopted and implemented during the change management in our organization.
The first step is known as the crystallization stage. The crystallization step challenges the perceptions and common behaviors prevailing in the society. The crystallization stage is a step in which the organization leaves a stable, safe and known problems. This is a tender period for an organization which requires patience. Also, at this stage our organization must afford to experience pain at the thought of how things were before. The organization will have time to develop its methods and work habits which are highly related to the change which will be bought. Once the crystallization stage is over, we arrive at the neutral stage
