Introduction to the Company

Secure Cash Coin Machines is a newly introduced business machines company in the UK and it aims to top the list amongst all the business machines companies there. It has a target to globally excel with the passage of time. It is an excellent combination of machines with reasonable price, quality and compatibility to carry the machines anywhere and everywhere while travelling. In a country like UK today, it is very difficult to create a name in the market and Secure Cash Coin Machines targets to do that. Our current target is to establish an outlet in a mall, followed by a couple of outlets in the city. Secure Cash Coin Machines will cater all the age classes people but it's mainly target would definitely be the businesses like banks and sole proprietor based business, who need to work efficiently and effectively with minimum amount of errors(Wong, 2008, pp 16).

The Marketing Plan

Secure Cash Coin Machines has set a global goal to offer its customers a range of target quality to distinguish themselves from the competition and offer to meet expectations customers while generating profitability necessary for survival and growth of trade. To achieve this objective, taking into account the results of the study, marketing policies were defined as follows:

As the added supply, chain costs are determined, at the same time, the limiting factor or capability is also identified. These capability limits, or constraints, then become targets for supply chain improvement projects. Improvements in the supply chain process will improve the supply chain's ability to deliver the product required by the marketing initiative at no additional cost.

International Marketing Plan

The marketing plan built around an organization's needs will ultimately fail. Everything the organization does, it's very reason for existing, rests with the wants and needs of the customer. Therefore, keep the marketing plan for Secure Cash Coin Machines should be customer-centric and it should plan account for the various target markets identified. The company's marketing plan must justify and support their reason to exist and ultimately shape the belief of the constituents into something favourable.
