Introduction

Considering all my available recourses and my potentials and consulting a solicitor, I have decided to establish a strong sole trader business executing these available resources. My business structure will depend on the type of service I will be providing to my customers and my attitude towards the risk.

A sole trader is a type of business organization which is simple to set u, being a sole trader I will have to look after the business solely bearing all the risks. I will alone provide the start up capital for my business to begin and all the business related issues and tasks will be taken care of by me alone with unlimited liability which means in case of bankruptcy all my personal property will be sold off to pay the debt.

Sole trader will give me independence to take hold of entire profit and I will have the authority to make business decisions. After all the required legal obligations I will look forward to plan out my strategies to run my new business profitably. My initial plan is to provide a service I can be very good at providing with quality and maximum customer satisfaction. And that could earn me enough return to my investment. My service will be providing cleaning facilities to households.

Discussion

How successful my business is going to be totally depends on how well I plan the strategies. Consumer spending pattern their disposable income, inflation, cost of production, prevailing interest rates, political conditions, the general economic conditions and consumer perceptions that directly affect the current and future demands of the consumers. All these factors are highly dynamic needs to be researched carefully as all these when blends together acts and functions as a marketing environment.
