Sales Agents: These agents would engage in extensive telemarketing, direct marketing and personal selling activities. They employees would spend most of their time on-field meeting with clients and selling products and ideas (Peter & Donnelly, 2012, p. 341).

Graphic Design Specialist: These employees would be responsible for producing, crafting and developing graphic art and visual materials as per the guidelines and concepts agreed upon by the advertising manager for promotional materials (Buttler, 2012, p. 49).

Advertising Manager: The Advertising Manager would plan, coordinate, execute, implement and control all promotional activities that fall under the umbrella of marketing such as billboards, out of door advertising, TV commercials, newspapers, magazines, direct mail and others (Cant, et al., 2009, p. 127).

Social Media Specialist: These employees would look after the promotional and marketing activities on the social media. Furthermore, their job also includes paying attention to the changing consumer trends and preferences as manifested on social media and providing feedback (Gospe, 2008, p. 154).

Team Building Strategies to Promote Communication

Story Telling: All the team members would sit in a circle and beginning from one team member, they would take turns telling a story which might begin by one team member saying “Once upon a time”. This activity would improve the listening skills of the team members and bring them closer while harnessing their creative energies

Ball Tossing: The team members would sit in a circle with a soft/spongy ball which would be thrown at team members. The first team member receiving the ball would state his or her favourite colour and would then toss the ball to someone else. The catcher of the ball would then restate the favourite colour of the previous employee and add his or her favourite colour. This exercise would improve communication and listening skills of the team members (Ellis, et al., 2010, p. 41).

Treasure Hunt: The team members can be further subdivided into smaller teams to hunt a treasure based on the instructions, which have been carefully planted, that they would uncover at each step (O'Reilly & Kerrigan, 2010, p. 75).

Product Strategy

The product sold is a custom designed t-shirt, usually sold to businesses who are undertaking their promotional activities. Unlike other companies, which offer such custom design t-shirts, the service is personalised and the customers do not have to order in bulk for being eligible (Burrow, 2012, p. 78).

Pricing Strategy

The T-Company would be using a cost-plus pricing strategy.
