This paper identifies the core marketing strategies of Coca-Cola Company. Starting from history of Coca-Cola, how it has become the world's leading company, its transformation from a pharmacy to the beverage industry is discussed thoroughly. The study has revealed the facts about why Coca-Cola is more successful than its competitors, how the company has positioned its market and how they have used their advertisement practices in an aggressive industry. Coca-Cola has positioned their market through implementing new strategies, campaign and charity programs. Their management has been phenomenal with respect to their employees and customers. They provide a healthy and attractive culture within and outside the organization; this is the reason why their employees and customers are always satisfied.

The reflective diary is a strategy allowing developing evaluative skills based on cognitive. These reflections can be focus on the following aspects: the development conceptual reached, feelings and attitudes that I have experienced during my learning and mental processes that continued to achieve learning. This reflection covers the learning objective or limited to a particular task. It encourages the student to process during self-assessment to establish connections with the acquired in learning and other contexts. It can guide students with some questions that help to organize their self-evaluation.

Importantly for the reflective diary, I need to show effectiveness that is to be performed regularly. In any case, the principle that teachers should self-assess against students as an example of how to perform the daily reflective given by the class teacher and thus adequately illustrate technique. Thus this strategy reaches its development metacognitive skills.

Learning in an educational work is done procedurally by evaluating experiences, binding new learning content to existing skills through exchange and discussion about new content.
