Abstract

Topic: Market concentration in Afghanistan Mobile communication sector

Significance of the topic: this study will be focusing over the market concentration of the mobile communication sector Afghanistan that pays attention towards the supply side of the market, this also results in playing an important role within the economy of any country. Hence this topic area can't be ignored since it holds number of aspects within itself. The market concentration is capable of determining the firms that hold the dominance for supplying their services and also able to impact the prices with the monopoly in this market. This study will further look into the aspects that are connected with it, the various ways through which the concentrations are measured within the industry including the certain limitations that occur. Besides the market concentration this study will also be paying attention towards the market definition including the ways profit of the industry is linked to the concentration. This area is broad for studying and the perception through different researchers will be looked into for further understanding this area.

Methodology: the significant method for conducting this study will be the secondary resources since this will be helpful for gathering the data required for the area of Afghanistan; where large amount of information will be needed to accurately look into the study.
