Conflicts are the part of normal work environment. Conflicts arise due to various reasons but the major concern is to deal with these conflicts in the most efficient and effective way. The main focus of an organization is to maximize the profit and productivity of the organization but these conflicts create problems for the better performance and productivity of the organization. This requires the proper management of the conflicts and other issues that arise in the normal work place to affect the productivity of the organization. For the effective management the organization divides its work force into teams so that there will be quick and better management of the issues along with the close monitoring and assessment of the employees' performances. Effective management of the team is the responsibility of the team leader to ensure better conflict management and motivation of the employees and other team members (Cappozzoli,1995,p. 28-30). This also depends on the work environment and thus requires the need to understand the problems in work place and between employees to resolve these conflicts.
