The current world social environment has become very open and flexible, where the process of cultural mixing and the development of unified society have emerged. In the previous ideology the majority of the countries had a very closed society and the cultural developments occurred only in the country's limited society. However in the modern society this old ideology has been completely changed, where the concept of a unified global society has developed (Minter, 2011). With the introduction of this flexible global society, several new management challenges have also emerged. The concept of reverse cultural shock has become very common in the modern society. The process of globalization has encouraged the development of the modern cultural based challenges, as it has allowed the individuals from all over the world to live in a single society. The result of this process is the formation of a universal global cultural concept, which is generally influenced by the mixing of several world cultures. The majority of the countries in the current global society have realized that they cannot live in a isolated society, where they cannot be communicate with other world societies.

In the context of the contemporary cosmopolitan based society, the organizational sector has to contend with the dilemma of reverse cultural shock experienced by the employees. Organizations have to develop adequate services and policies so as to cope with this challenge.
Discussion
The concept of reverse cultural shock emerges when individuals from a given society have to take live in other societies, and then have to return to their original countries. In the context of the cultural factors, the process of being involved with several social environments can be a very stressful experience for individuals. The culture in any given society is formed by several factors, which are very different from other cultures in the world. An individual living in a particular society has to spend a relevant amount of time and effort to get used to these factors, and develop an understanding for the culture.
Emergence of Reverse Cultural Shock
As compared to the process of cultural shock which is experienced when a person travels to a new society consisting of diverse cultural forces; the reverse cultural shock occurs when the person has to re learn his original culture; after coming back from a foreign society. This process of reverse cultural shock is only possible in the modern global environment where the process of travelling to different world societies has become a very easy and popular activity( Xia, 2009). The managers in the relevant corporate environment have to critically analyze the dilemma of reverse cultural shock and construct organizational policies to be able to cope with this current socio cultural dilemma.
