With the increase workforce to derive the organization and its operation, management of the workforce has become a necessity. It is on the organization how it wishes to manage the team working under it and how the work should be managed through them. Strong and efficient workforce is the foundation of any organization. Competent management establishes significant bonding between the workforce and organization which is the actual success of the organization.

Management of people is an art upon which the success of the organization depends. Proficient management results in well-organized workforce in the organization that is competent, strong and efficient in every possible way.

Human resource management of an organization is the most important part of the organization which deals with the management of the workforce of the organization. Its part in management is significant yet critical. This section of the organization is responsible for managing the recruit, motivating people towards achieving goals and developing a strong workforce for the organization.

The human resource managers are responsible for establishing a flexible and strong approach towards the workforce that could keep them determined towards achieving the organization's goals and objectives and retain a strong bonding between the organization and its employees. This makes the job critical for the personnel involved in the human resource department. It is critical to develop a recruit team that is the strength of the organization and its success (Qureshi et.al. 2013, p.1205). Human resource management is a source of competitive advantage for an organization. HR sustains the competitive advantage through the facilitation of developed competencies that are specifically related to the organization (Çaliskan, 2010, p.100).

The strong and stable economic conditions in Saudi Arabia due to its rich oil resource have a strong influence over the organizations operating in the country. The human resource management too is in strong position and has faced contemporary developments in the recent years.
