Exxon is a brand of motor fuel as well as a gas station and is linked to products by the ExxonMobil. Headquarter of Exxon was located in Darien, Connecticut, in the early 21st century. From the years 1972 to 1999, the Exxon Company was the corporate name of various companies that were known as Standard Oil or the Humble Oil of New Jersey (ExxonMobil, 2013). This company is selected as there are many barriers found in it organizational performance, which put a ceiling in the performance of its employees.
