It is basically an information system through which the organization provides market reports, human resources and employment opportunities which are to be filled. Recruitment plays an extremely effective role for the company as it is the cornerstone and the base through which any organization progresses.

ABC Company hiring and selection policies are based on hiring a candidate who has the enthusiasm to work. Shared human resource is considered as the backbone of the organization.
