In this study we try to explore the concept of “Ciba-Geigy cultural change” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “culture change” and its relation with “Ciba-Geigy”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “management change” and tries to gauge its effect on “the organization”. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for “the change” and tries to describe the overall effect of “culture” in “Ciba-Geigy”.
