Introduction

Mobile Internet has had a major global boom in recent years. Mobile Internet segment maintains high growth rates with the passage of time in all around the world. Million of people are getting connected with the help of this service. The increasing availability of smartphones and the reduction in the price of data plans has created a new market trend focused on mobility and seamless connectivity. But the real question is what is happening in the mobile Internet segment in Kuwait? In this paper we are going to focus on the case based on a company in Kuwait. Research reveals that the situation in Kuwait mobile Internet, especially the demand of mobile broad brand service is increasing due to a better user experience and greater value to customers. Research estimated that at the end of this year there will be huge increase in the customers using this service in the country. The reason is that this service is allowing its customers to have speedy service with much affordable price packages as compared to other countries (Davies, 1991, 45). The number of mobile Internet connections is growing s, increasing the population's access to Internet services; however, compared with other countries, Kuwait is strongly getting ahead. This speed is mainly due to the high speeds and low prices offered, market capturing the vast majority of the population.

In recent years, cellular networks have expanded rapidly to areas not previously covered. This has been enhanced by the fact that companies like Orange, Vodacom, Zain, MTN, Moov and Tigo have become active in several countries. The existence of Zain has made it easier for the people to have better user experience with reasonable price and greater value in Kuwait. The launch of Zain Kuwait formerly known as MTC in 1983 has opened the flood gates of demand for internet access that continues to flourish today. In this paper we are going to discuss the case of Zain Kuwait in which we shall critically analyze sustainability and relevance of hard or soft approach while highlighting issue faced by the company and also apply the soft system approach method to the case of Zain Kuwait and make recommendations accordingly. In the end we shall investigate certain tools and approached that will help the company solve their existing problem and also help it to stop occurring in future. The purpose of this paper is to let readers know about the operations and working strategies of the company that has made company reach to this level.
