Thus the management plan should be revised to take into account all the above aspects of the changes. In this case we are should keep this in mind that Managing change will not be an easy task but its effective implementation depends on valuable planning and strategies and most of all the efficient co-ordination of the team members, as all members will have to realize the goal and objective of this change and align their tasks accordingly.
There are major gaps in service quality and training provision. Achieving the right organisational culture in the hotel and a lack of understanding of what the company wants to achieve, the organization is in one of the most competitive areas of business and the success of the hotel revolves around service quality of the highest order.
