The article chosen for the essay is 'A New Framework for Managing Change' by Oakland J.S., and Tanner S.J. which was written in 2007 and published in TQM magazine. The word change has become familiar in the most diverse organizations and has become a protagonist of business activity. Today, the paradigm seems to be "who does not adapt to change will die in the way." There is a consensus that change is a reality that affects strongly, in fact the only thing solid to hold which is possible, it is certain that whatever happens today, has already changed the next day. The general atmosphere that surrounds the organization is in continuous movement and is dynamic, requiring a high capacity to adapt to survive. It must deal with an unstable environment of constant change (Almaraz, 1994, 14).
Organizational Development

This leadership can act as a positive influence as well as a negative influence. In order to prove this, the basic definition of leadership is enough. According to the management guru Peter Ducker leadership can be defined in a simple and straightforward way as follows: “The only definition of a leader is someone who has followers."
This definition shows the positive influence of change over employees. In this definition, the following leader can be regarded as inspiration. This definition does not inert any pressure or direction.
