Ways of Promoting Behaviour and Ways of Managing Behaviour Ways
Introduction
The classroom is a place where both students and faculty experience daily high levels of stress. Teachers faces different types of behaviours that influence the learning climate in the classroom. Teaching process affect Behaviours of student learning. (Wallace, 2011, 25). Human behaviour is determined by its own properties, the influence of formation conditions of individual activities, especially the group to which it is included, and terms of joint activities. The area of the promoting behaviour is the design and implementation of methods of intervention that allow psychological control of behaviour to produce the well-being, satisfaction. In order to promote appropriate behaviour internal and external strategic plan should be focused. In this paper, we are going to discuss ways of promoting behaviour that is appropriate to learning as well as ways to manage different type of behaviours in the classroom and at different places (Tummons, 2011, 45).
Promoting Behaviour
Behaviour promotion involves the systematic application of the principles and learning techniques to evaluate and improve covert and overt behaviours of people and facilitate a favourable performance. Following are some ways that should be followed to promote appropriate behaviour to learning (Reece, 2007, 115):
Be positive: if teachers are negative then the students will also be negative and they will not behave well, so it is recommended to be positive no matter how stressed you feel. If, a teacher has a positive attitude than there is a better chance of promoting positive behaviour in students (Donohue, 2006, 335)
Highlight good behaviour: highlighting good behaviour means those teachers should initially demonstrate good behaviour in the class so that they should know what a good behaviour is (Daines, 2006, 14). A teacher should find excellent examples of good behaviour and then should highlight to the class.
Model good behaviour: teachers are the role model and influential to the class so if a teacher wants to have positive behaviour to learning than he/she should also demonstrate positive behaviour. It is proven from the research that student effectively learn when have positive behaviour (Martin, 2007, 36). It is recommended to use the conceptual design of the building positive behaviours when developing a response plan. The plan for positive behaviour begins with an analysis functional behaviour.
Managing Behaviour
Management behaviour is often identified with the manipulation of human and zombies, which are also offices, ...
