The capable individuals can meet the organization's end and that is the ultimate reason of organization's augmentation, because skillful human resource can be polished or trained through certain measures but incompatible individuals are tough to bring in course. The corporation always marks their objective to hire the competent individuals and judge them by their work production. It is usually criticized that it is unethical to judge people only by their work potential, keeping aside their other capabilities. But here it could be answer that, In Business; the company demands work because it can be run by only those employees who know and have the expertise about the nature of job. Certainly, this approach is totally appropriate as your good work shows your good statistics but not your good behavior individually. It is clearly stated from the very first statement of the business that commerce is all about the work and outcome of the served work, therefore the approach ethically and morally lies in the right segment (Fritzsche, 1997).

Most of the relatives or family members ask to employ their own relatives that the business should be under the family. But the approach is an appropriate, because it is not essential that the relative would have the same skills and capabilities that are obligatory for the business. It somehow also become unethical as it discontinues the open market search, true talent does not allow coming forward and producing fewer opportunities for the new comers, who actually got talent. Ethics describes us the codes which governs behavior of a person or organization regarding what is right and wrong. In the terms of business, this ethics completely falls in the positive aspects as it is the requirement of the business profession.
