As it can be seen that the mean value for question 1 is 1.45 which points out this fact that majority of the respondent in this survey strongly agreed with this statement that “I am aware that successful and symbolic duties such as greeting visitors in the company are a part of my job” and most of the employees believe that greeting visitors in the company is an important part of their job.

The SKEWNESS function computes the statistical skewness of an n-element vector. Skewness determines whether a distribution is symmetric about its maximum. Positive skewness indicates the distribution is skewed to the right, with a longer tail to the right of the distribution maximum. Negative skewness indicates the distribution is skewed to the left, with a longer tail to the left of the distribution maximum. For this question it can be seen that Skewness is 0.213 which indicates that the distribution is skewed to the right. Bar chart of this distribution reveals the same fact as there is longer tail to the right of the distribution maximum.

Used generally in the statistical field, kurtosis describes trends in charts. A high kurtosis portrays a chart with fat tails and a low, even distribution, whereas a low kurtosis portrays a chart with skinny tails and a distribution concentrated toward the mean. As it can be seen average for question 2 is 1 which shows most of the respondent strongly agree with the statement that “I am aware of my responsibility in successfully motivating my subordinates”. As it can be seen in this question all the respondents replied the same hence Skewness and Kurtosis do not exist.
