Lectures and demonstrations have been the oldest methods used for providing quality trainings to the employees. The lecture creates the understanding of particular topic, or influences the behavior of the employees effectively (Ivancevich and Konopaske, 2012). Training is often considered as incomplete, without including lecture part in the training program. For example, the trainer starts the training session by (lecture) discussing that what are the goals and objectives of training, or what methods would be used during the training program.

Demonstrations refer to the methods which the trainer uses in order to make the trainees visualize that how to do something. When the demonstrations and lecture methods are used along with each other, the training session becomes more effective. In order to conduct an effective demonstration, trainer should split the goals and tasks into smaller modules; this will help to make the training session organized.
