The management theory defines the relation of the managers to their organizations in the knowledge of its goals (Gold, 2001). The implementation of effective means to get the goals accomplished and motivates employees to perform to the highest standard. In recent abundantly competitive organization situation, budget-oriented layout or forecast-based development approaches are inadequate for a greater business to live through as well as confirm profits. The company is required to involve in planned arrangements that plainly defines objectives and analyzes together the interior and exterior state of affairs to make approaches, instigate these approaches, assess the growth, and accomplish modifications as central to the roadmap.

Management theory implies the strategy implementation by means of programs, budgets, and procedures. Regulation of the firm's assets and motivation of staff are involved to carry out the objectives. Implementation of the strategy must be required to monitor and make adjustments according to the needs. The strategy approach is great uncertainty whether it will win. Corporation implements the policy likely to have a dedicated team of people running it. The success anticipated may not succeed if the strategy is misunderstood or if lower level managers resist force because they do not know about the specified selection strategy (Spender, 2002).
