Introduction

Manager has to perform several tasks in an organization. In today's business environment, management does not only relate to monitor and control, it is to maximize the effectiveness of an organization. You have to adopt management style to carry out work and also in decision making. In this paper, I am going to discuss my approach to managerial style as Management by Objective for the post of manager in a healthcare facility.
