Analysis of the organization is an analysis of organizations as well as of individuals. This includes questions structure and formality. It also covers the process and in very change radically. The subject can be very abstract and draw literature dealing with organizations in general, more than any other sector. However, most of the material is based on a model of the private sector, although in the most general sense, it covers issues such as major changes organizational dynamics are common to a large extent, all organizations all sectors they occupy (Bateman, 2004, 13).

It is important to make managers do course on the organizational analysis because of its importance and relevance. Since managers are part of the organization that is why they are required to have known how of how their organization can be analyzed. Analysis of the organization is a multidisciplinary program that offers students the opportunity to explore a wide range of issues, fundamentals, and domain specific.

The need to create an advisory unit arises when a manager recognizes that the organizational structure that has failed to respond within a certain time to the development and evolution of administrative activities. Personally unable to detect the causes of these gaps, decide to increase their leadership capacity and creates an organic consultant (Mische, 2001, 23).

Organizational Structure

Organizational Structure refers to a system which consists of various activities that lead to the achievement of the aims and objectives of the organization. These important activities include allocation of task, coordination, management and supervision that lead to the achievement of organizational aims and objectives. There are two basic advantages for an organizational of having a well developed organizational structure. Firstly, the organizational structure provides a foundation on which operating routines and procedures rely. Secondly, this structure provides clear definitions as to which individual would participate in which decision. An organizational with a well developed and clear organizational structure has very good chances of succeeding in its business (Roberts, 2004).

Chain of Command

The facility structure uses the chain of command and the nursing administration is under the direction of the deputy warden. The nursing administrator is in charge of the health care services including the management of medical and dental programs and supervision of medical staff. The administrator is responsible for all levels of health care and ensures quality, accessible, and timely services for inmates. Chain of Command is the set strategies that encompass the whole of the organization as a whole (Leslie & Nina, 2000). This is important in the jail setting because inmates do believe they entitled to medial access and understands how to use the system to benefit their immediate need.
