Investors make their decisions of investments into ventures based on the management teams. Those who are to invest in a venture like the Deo Motors that will be a part of the Automotive Industry that is based on producing Hybrid Electrical Vehicles, they expect a professional and experienced well-rounded team who can perform varying functions for the business. The business team this new project called Deo Motors, is limited to five people who are involved in daily operations and have the ability to make the largest impact on the success of the business. All other individuals involved in the business and are a part of the daily operations are either employees or a member of the Board of Advisors/Directors or are consultants for the company.

The main members of the management of Deo Motors include specific individuals all with separate titles of accountants, supervisor, floor managers, content writers etc. They have their duties and responsibilities they oversee and are a part of a hierarchy. Board of Directors is the stakeholders of the business as they have direct interest and connection to the venture as their investment is involved. This gives them decision-making rights.

The Board of Advisors is a team made up of individuals who have valuable expertise of the industry and great insight; they assist and consult on the venture so that Deo Motors can reach its vision to become a market leader in the hybrid electric vehicles manufacturing in United States of America. Our business has an experienced and solid board that builds credibility in front of the investors.

Deo Motors will be, launched in Chicago, USA, and as the company grows, it will have internal and external consultants associated with the business. Our consultancy team will be, made up of attorneys, insurance agents, accountants, bankers, technology advisors, payroll specialists, developers etc. They benefit and affect the company in accordance to their roles and the part they play in contributing to the success of the business.

Investors have been, known to go for mediocre concepts backed by top-notch teams of managed instead of excellent concepts of business backed by managers who are second rate, which is why we have an extensive and through process of hiring our management team and training them to prepare them for their roles.
