Executive Summary

By having an overall appraisal of the vision and mission statement, the financial ratios and all the available public information, it can be seen that the market share of the entity is quite impressive, 30% to be precise. The overall policy is sort of a mixed bag, there are some objectives which are quite appealing and they have been achieved to a certain extent. While on the other hand, there are some times when they are trying to be over-ambitious. The training of the employs is quite significant part of the whole process, and due to the new target being set by them to reduce the number of roadside accidents, more effort and time is needed to be put into the training and remuneration. The financials are one of the weakest part of the Go Ahead, and due to the new tax regulations and new government legislations on fuel, there are operating profits are on the decline for last few years. The financial part is not seen in the long term prospective of the organization. More thought and method is being needed to be invested in the financial stability and sustainability of Go Ahead. Go Ahead invests considerable amount in research and development and need to carry on with it.

But the part which seems to be missing is that they have not covered about their business operations with the same efficiency.

The overall vision and mission is rather narrow and well defined which will serve the employs well as they have the clear picture of what they want to achieve as an organization. Special mention should be given to their environment policy, as despite being slotted in the business that does not really ...
