In 2007, the country attained high growth rate of 2.7%; however, the economic turmoil of 2008 resulted in contraction of GDP to 0.1%. The economy further contracted in 2009, by around 5% as demand was sluggish due to poor economic situation. For the preparation of decisions require adequate information, because as pointed out by the practice of good information leads to good decisions. Wrong decisions are generally underestimate the effect of information or lack thereof. Thus, before any decision should determine what information is needed, where to get them, who develops them and how they are complete, valid and reliable, and therefore useful for a particular decision
