Introduction

From the past decades, there has been observed significant and growing concern regarding the ability of the United States in order to achieve continuous long term prosperity and the economic growth which have been affected adversely because of decline in industrial competitiveness. Several programs and policies have been implemented in order to bring improvement in the competitiveness of the United States (Fine &Charles, 1996). This paper focuses on the U.S. Manufacturing of Automobile in the 21st Century. Furthermore, the issues related to human resource have also been discussed in detail in the paper.
