These services involve compulsory for employers and employees, so they cannot be waived or changed and mark the minimum should cover the work. The performance is contained in the Federal Labor Law.
Work days refer to the number of hours to work per day. Working hours can be: daytime (6:00 to 20:00 hours) night (20:00 to 6:00 hours) mixed (covering both shifts). The maximum number of hours may be daytime night at 8 hours in mixed 7 hours in 7 hours working time set to the time of hire.
