For this purpose, the management seek to align the skills of the qualified individuals with the organization's ongoing and future business requirements. Their basic needs of the Hr service are to:

Ensuring effective recruitment.

Analyse and deploy a comprehensive employee development plan.

Avoid operational discrepancies by allowing for talented work force.

Explain how conflicting needs can be prioritized effectively

Consider the management of conflict as something systemic creates unparalleled opportunities for an organization to obtain critical information about its operation and its environment, i.e. to achieve a more global perspective. The point is not so much to find the mechanics of dispute resolution or a specific set of cases, but to discover the "big picture" for the effective and successful approach to conflicts that occur in everyday of our organizations (Purcell 2003, 63). Therefore, recognition and, where appropriate, the transformation of conflict management systems appear like an organizational priority.

To make internal communication policy of the company should pursue a line of subsystems based management technical, human and organizational. Through personal interviews (or polls if the number of employees is very large), is to gather their views regarding the organization, policy and communication skills. Communication with employees can be done orally, printed or graphic. All these means can be used simultaneously. New electronic media offer versatility, functionality and ease of communication that are essential to its use today. The oral communication is highly effective and economical way to raise awareness to issues affecting an employee's job performance. Informal conversations between superiors and subordinates can help quickly overcome the drawbacks essential in any organized system.
