This discussion will critically address whether the issues raised in the following quotations are still relevant in today's modern organizations. According to Zaleznik:

"Managers embrace process, seek stability and control, and instinctively try to resolve problems quickly, Leaders, in contrast, tolerate chaos and lack of structure and are willing to delay closure in order to understand the issue more fully. Organizations need both managers and leaders to succeed, but developing both requires a reduced focus on logic and strategic exercises in favor of an environment where creativity and imagination are permitted to flourish".

Discussion

With regard to the scope of the above quotation, it is imperative to highlight that for an organization to develop and conquer space in the corporate world, the participation of their employees in the process of growth is essential(Ely & Rhode, 2010). After all, called the group of employees that make up a business is the "soul" of the business, and it is from them that should arise ideas, suggestions, criticisms, and improvements to quality work. The leader must encourage their staff and other areas to dress up the organization and fight for your success.

However, leadership is not leadership processing power, and perhaps this is the main distinction that a leader should do and practice.
