Introduction

The project being considered for this report is organizing a wedding. Weddings are an important part of a person's life, and there is a lot of concern over what should the backdrop be like, what music should be played, and what should be the arrangements like. The report looks into the details of the things that are necessary to be addressed to, and looked into to make the project a success. The event is being conducted on a beach. This report will be covering the important areas of project management.

Project Scope

The project concerns organizing a wedding for a client that belongs to the upper class. The work to be done within whatever is available in the city. This means that whatever vendors are available, they will be used for the project. The Budget is decided by the client, who is the project sponsor. Whatever they are ready to work with is what the project team will work with. One can be creative to a certain extent as at the end there are limitations. The project involves two families, specifically a bride and a groom and their guests'. So the scope is limited.
