There is no such collective data is found regarding the consumption of water by the hotel at the global level. It is found that the most of the consumed water is wasted (i.e. 1 kg of water on daily basis) through the sewage and it requires the sufficient treatment to fix it. These figures indicate that there is an immediate need for the environment to implement practices as well as the product in the industry of hotel.
