Introduction

One of the novel developments in Knowledge Creation Process is taking place from its link with originality. In todays highly cut-throat business sphere, improvement and originality is said to be the essential feature that is capable to force organizations to generate importance and contend with worldwide competitors. Business Schools greatly put emphases on the use of knowledge to get competitive benefits and uniqueness needs input of acquaintance to produce novel goods or services, technological advancements, and/or managerial schemes. Role of Business School in the Knowledge Creation Process

Formation of novel knowledge most generally experiential in the field of scientific and product improvement and it has gained significant value in the present day. There are two kinds of knowledge creation; open knowledge that is based on objectivity and can be articulated by speech and unspoken knowledge that is extremely personal and therefore is difficult to express and keep up a correspondence.
