After conducting a detail research report on the proposed project development and after conducting the discussion with my team members, we have decided to launch this project by the end of June 2013 and this mobile device will be launched in the market by the June 2014.

Overview of the project

Galaxy mobile company is considered larger mobile manufacture firms in the Australia, that is currently operating from the capital of the country and its subsidiaries are situated in almost all the states of the country. Because of increasing competition, level the management of the company has decided to launch a new mobile phone that will comprises of unique features.

Opportunity for the project in the market

In this modern era, mobile phone has become an important need of the human being because with the presence of a cell phone an individual can keep in contact with his family, friends, co workers in any time of the day and in any situation. further, mobile phone is being described as a tool that has diversified advantages for instance, it is being used for listening of audio and video songs, snapping of pictures, calls, Sims, emails, internet and most importantly in the modern world it is being used a source of education (Whitty & Maylor, 2009).

Galaxy Company is aware of the craze of mobile phone particularly among young generations and thus has planned to launch a new mobile phone “xp212” that will provide unique facilities to young generations. Further, by looking at the recent growth in mobile industry and its increasing trend the management of the company is confident that with proper production and marketing this new mobile phone create a stir in the mobile industry.
