Herzberg's motivation theory along with its principles still exists today or not?

Strengths & Weaknesses

As a matter of fact one of the main as well as an important element with the help of which every organziation can actually generate effective outcomes is termed as motivation. This is the only single factor with the help of which optimal outcomes can be generated without any further issues and by this only optimal results can be generated as well. As per various researches it has been proved that it is all because of the motivation that employee's morale is raised up and due to this they work hard in order to generate effective outcomes. Therefore, this is termed as one of the most important reason that how and in what manner an organization can generate effective outcomes.

Motivation is important because by this as a matter of fact employees get motivated and by this they always try to work hard with full dedication as well as devotion. By this an overall positive outcomes are generated without any further issues as well as problems. Moving onwards, employees when get motivated eventually move towards more and more positive areas so that they can prove themselves and by this overall organization

On the other side, motivation has no doubt some weak points as well. As per various researches it has been proved that more and more motivation level as a matter of fact results in some disasters as well and by this organizations rather than generating positive outcomes lead towards negativity. Therefore this is termed as one of the most important thing which should be noticed as well in order to generate effective outcomes as a whole. According to our thesis statement our aim is to see whether Herzberg's motivation theory still exists and whether it is applicable as well or not. Whether the points of motivation helps in generating effective outcomes or not and how. This is something which is termed to be very much important and by this positive outcomes can overall be generated as well.

Personal Viewpoint

As far as my personal opinion is concerned, I believe that motivation is termed to be one of an important factor with the help of which one can succeed as well but for this specific purpose positivity is required as well. This is therefore termed as one of an important element because motivation is something which is only applicable if it is done in right time and at right as well as proper manner as well. I believe that people are now very much lazy and want to work in less quantity as well. This is the main reason that why motivation level is required to a great extent because today people want things to be done without doing any kind of effort and this is something that is very much harmful as well.
