Introduction

Organizational control is of great importance as it enables an organization in managing its processes in such a way that it brings improvement in the overall organizational system. There are many factors that can affect the control in organizations like if the employees are not adequately motivated they would not give required performance. If the resources like raw material, finance and other resources are not controlled accordingly it can be very difficult for the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. An organization can only achieve its goals if it is able to control all the resources in an effective way. The organizational environment can greatly affect the control. The absence or presence of control in organizations can become very fruitful for the organization as everything will be managed according to the requirements.

For an organization both internal and external control are required as if one of them is not addressed or managed properly it will have a huge impact on other. The internal control is based on the systems that provide timely feedback on fulfilment of an operational or long term (strategic) goal brings reliability in the financial reporting and encourages compliance with state regulations and laws. The interests of the organization can be only fulfilled in a better way if the organization is able to fulfil the needs and requirements of the employees as they are the one who have the ability to convert the dream into reality. The internal control system can be very effective for an organization as it will prevent the organization from fraudulent activities. The same controls can be used for systematically improving the business processes.

There are two driving forces that can control the organization; internal and external driving forces. The internal driving forces help in controlling the internal procedures and processes of the organization. These forces can help in managing and controlling or the following factors:

Employee Morale;

Management Systems;

Technological Capacity;

Financial Management;

Organizational Culture;

Organization of Machinery and Equipment.
