The definition of employment relations has broadened over time and is still evolving. The subject of employment relations has developed an interdisciplinary approach using concepts and ideas derived from sociology, economics, psychology, history and political science. The employment relationship can be further defined as a relationship based on an agreement between the employee and the employer. An employee who entered into an employment relationship shall be subject to the internal code of conduct and the employer is obliged to provide it with working conditions in accordance with the law, collective or individual employment contract. Company employees who transfer to other countries to work in new divisions should have the ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently anywhere, speak the language of that country and know the customs and living conditions of its inhabitants. For this reason, human resources manager must make a careful selection of employees who perform these duties abroad or other regions of the country, focusing not only on the capabilities and expertise, but in the adaptability which holds that employee for their efforts and performance.

The relation can be between anyone in the place of work between co-workers, employees, superiors, managers and other people who work in the organization. It is very important for all the employee team to maintain a good and healthy relationship in order to give their best in work and deliver best when it comes to performances. A person who works in any organization actually spends most of his time in the workplace. It is very essential for any organization to sustain a complete healthy environment in the workplace. This is fact that no person can work in an isolated and lonely environment. Every employee needs complete support of his fellow employees who are working together in order to get best results (Bach, 2002, 319 - 339).
