Introduction

TQM uses three major kinds of teams: helping committees, problem-solving categories, and self-managed categories (Dean and Evans, 1994, 15-20). Steering committees are usually those accountable for developing TQM-related policy and for helping its execution. Steering committees usually create key choices about the program, its structure, statistic, programs, exercising, and s6 forth.
